A NEW NAME FOR HYNDBURN SPORTS CENTRE!
We are grateful to Hyndburn Borough Council who are funding the cost of replacement external signage at Hyndburn Sports Centre. The new signage gave us an opportunity to think about the name of the centre and whether the word "sports" accurately reflected the offer to our customers. With all the health issues in the borough and our commitment to providing quality physical activity AND leisure opportunities we felt that it was important that our main centre reflected the broader leisure perspective and therefore agreed to change the name of Hyndburn Sports Centre to Hyndburn Leisure Centre.

The Leisure in Hyndburn Trust website has been re-designed and you are now looking at it! We have tried to make navigation as simple as possible, whilst also providing more and more information for our users.
